OBDSTAR X300 DP Tablet Key Programmer test on VW

OBDSTAR X300 DP is a tool that combine key programmer and diagnostic tool 2 in 1. it has  reached a higher level in key programming and diagnosis. Today I will show you what the tool look like and how it works on VW.

There are tablet with camera, VCI interface unite and OBD cable etc.

Then connect OBDSTAR X300 DP tablet to VCI with USB cable and turn it on. Indicator light will be flash if connect successful.


That’s Setting menu including VCI, Language, Unit, Data records, User info, Self test and About.


Key programme test

Select Diag Program after connect the vehicle.

Select car model in immobilize, my car is VW.

Select OK to continue


Read code before program keys


Get the password

Then come back and select Program keys

Dashboard


Put in password

We want to match two keys

Each key in the [ON]/[OFF] position for at least 2 seconds


Select program remote after that

Erase remote fist then program remote


Please orderly press any key of the remote to add once.


That’s all my test about OBDSTAR X300 DP key programmer. It is handy and advanced that only several buttons to tap and take just a few time in whole test.

Program Toyota RAV4 G Key All Key Lost by OBDSTAR X300 DP via OBDII

Newest OBDSTAR X300 DP tablet key programmer (diagnostic tool) comes with standard version and full version. Here i will teach you how to do all key lost for 2013 toyota RAV4 with G via OBDII.

Device: OBDSTAR X300 DP  key programmer full version

Master key and sub (G) key

G chip key

Connect X300DP with your vehicel through OBDII Port

Click “Diag Program” on the main menu

Choose “Type 2(with G72)”

Choose “Remote immobilizer(All key lost)” option

Then switch ignitino off and click OK

Switch ignition on and click OK

X300 DP will prompt you to switch ignition off and remove the key, just doing that and click OK

It is configuring the system, wait…

Then insert the removed key and switch ignition on

Switch ignition off and remove the key again

Then you can program keys as the following steps within 120 seconds

Here we program 1 master key and 1sub key.

Click OK to begin program keys

Step1: Insert the first master key, turn on the ignitino and wait for 5 seconds…

Step2: insert the second sub key (the G chip key),turn on the ignition switch and wait for 5 seconds

Step3: turn on the ignition switch quickly for 5 times, the security light will turn off, the programming is finished.

Done! Program key for 2013 toyota RAV4 with G successfully!
